Police in Enfield are asking the public for help to track down the owner of a pit bull mix that was found tied to a tree with only the ability to move a foot in any direction, authorities said.

The dog was found in Brainerd Park with no identifying information. It's unclear if the dog was abandoned, but police hope to locate it with its owner.
